Enter the world of yoga in the studio with confidence. I work with people that are intimidated by the thought of going into the yoga studio and being so out of place. We work on shapes and poses that work you into the flow of yoga and gradually you will become more confident in your body, mind and poses. Also available: purchase 1 month for $110 In my home, at my center or a trip charge of $25 is added to travel to you each drive.
