We talk about setting goals, being held to your word, the ability to have someone actually, truly support you in a safe space to grow and develop into your most authentic self. You will gain access to my massive toolbelt of healing, growth knowledge and certifications. After we decide what are a few goals that you want to achieve we set a plan and work to exceed the results that you desire. This is attainable, if you are willing to put in the work and take my guidance. I am delightful mix of your biggest cheerleader, mentor of your dreams, and Revered instructor that you do not want to disappoint. Each coaching session is 45 minutes , 3 times a month over zoom, phone or in-person. That is 12 times that you have someone listening to you!
