Reiki I is Reiki applied to the self 

Reiki II is Reiki applied to others with added symbols  

During the training with Alicia Clark-Teper, you will be guided in: *Reiki history and theory *Enjoy meditation activations and attunements (so please bring items to make you comfortable during a guided meditation) *Given time to journal about meditation experiences *Receive symbols attuned in your field which will never leave you *Practice your new Reiki upon the other students *Added bonus** you receive the Holy Fire III level to your Reiki which will activate the upgraded version of Reiki in your field. Once Reiki is activated in your field it NEVER leaves you.  

**Students should bring a lunch/snack, water, journal, and anything to help enjoy guided meditations on the ground.  

To understand and become more familiar with Reiki: 

Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique that uses gentle hand placement to the body to help guide energy. Energy or Chi can build up in the body which causes discomfort, aches, pains, dis-ease and more. You can help your physical body, as well as, your emotional body with Reiki and it's channeled release. During daily Reiki session you will release something every time if you are open and willing to believe in Reiki, it just might not be exactly what you had expected. You can give Reiki to energize and harmonize your pets, your family, your food, your water, your home, your commute and your travels. So many uses in our everyday life, Let's super charge your life with Reiki in 2023! 

The lineage of Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master is through William Rand and International Center of Reiki Training and you will receive their training manual encompassing Reiki I & II.
