Reiki energy healing uses universal life force energy harnessed thru hands to deliver a healing environment where you can slow down, feel safe, connect with your body and self and open to the healing energy.  Every session is different and very gentle.  Gentle touch is used and you lay on a massage table but stay fully clothed.  You can add in vibrational sound healing onto the session as well.

Vibrational Sound Therapy sessions help to relieve stress, grief, sickness, sadness and some much.  I use tuning forks, brass sound bowls on the body, chimes, wave drums and regular drums in a session.  All of these together create a symphony of relaxation.  Guarnateed to soothe your stressed self.
