If you have just had it up to here with the trials that 2023 has given you, know that there is a time and a place to help you relieve the cummulative energy.
Together we will enjoy a beverage of Sacred Blue Lotus which connects us to our intuition and softens our hearts, then we will move thru a gentle yoga flow, enjoy estatic dance and have a few snacks through out the night, creativity project of some sort, time for journaling and of course a great big huge hug from Alicia Clark-Teper
Blue Lotus is an ancient plant medicine that was very popular with the Egyptians for bringing their intutition and euphoria into their greater awareness. The Blue Lotus is not psyedelic it is psychoactive which is the body having a natural response to the plant opening the intuition.
