My Journey Through Transition

 

I’ve:

• Moved across the country four times, in four very different ways

• Walked the path from office job to entrepreneur

• Returned to W-2 work — and then claimed my path as a spiritual entrepreneur

• Loved and released a 19-year marriage

• Grieved the loss of my soul-dog, Lotus

• Awakened spiritually and stepped out of the matrix

• Released harmful products, people, and patterns

• Shifted into gluten- and dairy-free nourishment

• Traded Western meds for Earth medicines

• Quit smoking and drinking

• Embraced my role as the black sheep — the sacred disruptor

 

Every transition has given me tools, insight, and empathy. I don’t just hold space — I’ve lived it.
